Look! It's a lovely snow scene - uh - what's that? It looks like an U F O !!!!

Train in the Woods

This is my home state, so I think I'll include a bit about it here. I was born in Rahway in the year of 1947. My grandparents on my father's side lived here also. They lived about a few blocks from where we lived. We visited them often. My mom's parents lived in Trenton, a city south of Rahway. My mom and I would take the train down to visit them for a week sometimes. My dad would then drive down there after work on Friday. Then we all drove back home Sunday afternoon.
  We visited my cousin in New York State and went to Seaside Heights beach in the summer. My parents and I lived in the north part of New Jersey mostly, but did live in the central part of the state for awhile.  I even lived in a city where Bruce Springsteen lived for awhile before he embarked on his musical career. He was a few years older than me, so I never ran into him at school or anywhere.Moved south to the state of Florida in the year 1956 but hated to leave New Jersey.
 
Cities I've lived in:
Rahway,Sewaren,Holmdel, Englishtown.
(Then we moved to Florida!)

Bruce Springsteen
Bruce Springsteen was born in Freehold, New Jersey, on September 23, 1949. He grew up in a normal middle class family and first started playing around with the guitar in high school. After graduating from high school he moved to New York to try and break into the Folk Music scene. After getting nowhere with that endeavor, he returned to Asbury Park, N.J. and hooked up with a number of bands. With brief stints with such bands as Rogues and Dr. Zoom and the Sonic Boom,  Bruce Springsteen found himself a place with the E-Street Band he remained with them until 1989.
