November 29, 2001-Elton John breaks records at MSG
Last night's concert at Madison Sqiuare Garden was a record breaker!  On his second night at New York's Madison Square Garden in November 2001, Elton broke the record for the most shows ever performed by a single artist or group.  This  concert was his 53rd show at New York City's famous concert arena.
It was yet another incredible event, the floor bounced to the rhythm of The Garden and the evening ended with Bernie Taupin coming unstage to rapturous applause.
